​Python je široce používaný programovací jazyk, jehož popularita souvisí s jeho stylem syntaxe. Je velmi čitelný, a proto je snazší se ho naučit v porovnání s mnoha jinými jazyky. Python podporuje moduly a balíčky a může být začleněn do existujících aplikací.
